Dear Parents / Carers,
This is a polite reminder to ask you all to activate your child's school grid accounts and choose meals at home prior to the start of the school day, the cut off time for pre-orders is 8:45am. On occasion, when children arrive late into school, they will only be given the cheese sandwich option. This is due to the Cook having to prepare meals as early as possible on any given day (8:45am or sooner). Class teachers start the days lessons straight after registration and are not always able to login into school grid.
Your account needs to be in credit in order to choose a meal, unless you are entitled to Free School Meals with the Benefits Service or your child is in either Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 as these year groups are covered by the Universal Free School Meals provided by the Government. For children in Nursery, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 the price per meal is £2.41 per day. Once your accounts are activated and in credit you can choose meals on either a daily, weekly or monthly basis, whichever is easier for yourselves.
If you require access to your school grid account please contact Ms Warwick in the school office who will assist you in this. You will need to provide your email address and telephone number in order for an account to be activated.
