Moving Up to Manchester Health Academy

If your child will be joining Manchester Health Academy in September, they are keen to meet with you both at an Individual Transition Meeting.  The Academy has sent a letter inviting you to make your appointment, and containing your child's Transition Forms.  The Academy need to receive these forma back from yourselves so that they can make sure they have everything in place, such as vital medical information, for your child's first day.  Once your forms are received, the Academy will issue your uniform voucher.

The Academy closes for the summer break on Friday 17th July, so it is urgent that you contact them if you have not yet made your appointment 0161 998 3992 or e-mail admin@manchesterhealthacademy.org.uk.  Alternatively, they will be holding drop in sessions on Friday 10th July or Monday 13th July 9am - 3pm where you can just turn up.
